Fit the cane to ‘wrist-high’ by unscrewing the safety locking silencer ring and adjusting the push button height. The cane height should be set within one inch of wrist height. After finding the most comfortable level, tighten the safety locking silencer ring again. The ring keeps the cane quieter and, with use, may require occasional tightening.
